Accura Spinergy C100 Surface Driven Slitter Rewinder

The Unwind Shaft is a lug-type air-expanding shaft assures quick installation and easy removal of raw materials. It is guided by Nireco Line Positioning Controllers (LPC) and/or Nireco Edge Positioning Controllers (EPC) from Japan. This ensures accurate slitting and rewinding according to one printed line on the web or one edge of the web respectively. Web tension is regulated by a Nireco Automatic Web Tension Controller in tandem with a Magnetic Brake. This guarantees a uniform and consistent tightness of the rewinding.

A heavy-duty pneumatic cylinder presses each leaf-type rewind shaft against a high precision surface drive roll to ensure accurate slitting. It also assists the lifting of finished products away from the surface drive roll upon the completion of one job cycle. The journals of both leaf-type rewind air-expanding shafts are locked in place by pneumatic cylinders and can be quickly installed and easily removed with minimum machine down time and less operator fatigue.

Application: OPP, PE, PP, PET, CPP, PS, PVC, cellophane, and various polyfilm materials, aluminum, gold and other metallic foil materials, paper, non-woven materials.
